As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and validation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
