Provide practical legal counsel and strategic guidance to Texas Children's and its affiliated entities. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, and collaborating with outside counsel to mitigate risk.
Requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Texas law license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months. Candidates should have at least two years of legal experience, preferably in contract law or within the healthcare industry.
