About the role

To drive service revenue growth and AR Management ensure seamless delivery of after-sales services for Light Commercial Products by effectively managing key customer accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives through strong relationship management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

• Manage and grow service business revenue for assigned key accounts in the Light Commercial Products portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and service delivery targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Service Operations, Sales, Logistic, Finance, Spares management team, PMs desk and Technical Support) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service contracts, renewals, warranty claims, and annual maintenance agreements (AMCs).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings and value-added solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Prepare periodic business reviews, forecasts, and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality processes.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in National Account Management, After-Sales Service, or Service Business Development.
• Experience in Light Commercial Products, HVAC, Electrical, Industrial Equipment, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, contract management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, )
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business meetings.

Pay Range (For Japan & Singapore Work Pass)
