Job Description

The job profile of Complaint Investigation and Trending for medical equipment involves managing and analyzing customer complaints to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role includes reviewing and documenting complaints, assessing their severity, and conducting thorough root cause investigations using structured problem-solving techniques. The professional collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and quality to identify failure causes and recommend corrective actions. A key responsibility is analyzing complaint data to identify recurring issues or trends, using tools like Excel or Power BI, and initiating CAPA when needed. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with global regulations such as FDA and ISO standards, supports audit readiness, and contributes to continuous improvement of medical devices and overall patient safety.
