The Residential Title Examiner examines property chains of title to eliminate risk and prevent loss when issuing title commitments. Responsibilities include identifying title problems, approving surveys, and maintaining communication with customers and co-workers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and an active Colorado Title License. Three to five years of title examination experience and proficiency with title plant software and public record search tools are preferred.

This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
