The HR Systems Specialist will facilitate the implementation and governance of the SuccessFactors HR system while ensuring regional compliance and data integrity. They will also lead training initiatives, optimize user experience, and support SOX compliance audits.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of HRIS experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an appropriate diploma with certification is preferred.
As the HR Systems Specialist, you will facilitate the smooth implementation and ongoing governance of the SuccessFactors HR system within the region. This role demands a deep understanding of HRIS technologies, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with the Regional HR team and Global Process Owners to standardize and embed global HR systems solutions, ensuring compliance with regional regulatory requirements and company policies.
Starting Salary: $78,000 - $105,200 + Bonus Incentive
