Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Experience in crisis intervention, therapy, and working with multidisciplinary teams, along with a current AHA CPR card, is required.
Summary:
This position is responsible for assessing the psychosocial needs of patients and families and providing intervention to meet those needs utilizing personal, family, and community resources. The incumbent will also provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation and collaboration services to other professionals.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
2. Registration with the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
3. Experience with crisis intervention and brief and long-term therapy, either in a mental health setting or a medical/health setting is required.
4. Experience working with family and community systems and with multidisciplinary teams is required.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
