Position Summary
The Director of Major Giving is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective and current major donors, inspiring significant philanthropic investment in the mission of Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County through strategic engagement, personalized stewardship, and thoughtful solicitation.
This position builds authentic, long-term relationships with donors by connecting their passions with opportunities to transform lives through Christ-centered ministry. The Director of Major Giving serves as a trusted advisor to donors while helping advance the Mission's vision of providing hope, healing, and lasting transformation for neighbors experiencing homelessness and poverty.
