Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
High School Diploma or GED required
60 hours or more of college coursework
2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
(We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor, you will:
Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
