The Superintendent will direct and control total construction projects to meet specifications, budgets, and schedules while managing field operations and subcontractors. They are responsible for maintaining safety standards, documenting project progress, and ensuring high-quality results through effective leadership and coordination.
Candidates must have 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial or industrial projects. Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to travel within the Southeast region are required.

You’ll need 5-25 years of experience leading ground-up, commercial or light industrial construction projects. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the construction and administrative activities associated with the field operations of a project from day one! Bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per the project specifications.
