Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates must be physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
As a Field Service Technician, you will install, activate, and troubleshoot residential and commercial internet, video, and voice services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality fiber and copper connections, configuring customer premises equipment, and ensuring customers receive reliable connectivity and positive installation experience. You will serve as the primary on-site representative of Vantage Point Solutions while supporting utility and service provider clients.
