Provide clinical care to hospice patients across three Ohio regions, supporting admissions, case management, and inpatient units. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfortable and peaceful end-of-life journeys for patients and families.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Ohio with a valid driver's license and CPR certification. Requires flexibility to work varying shifts and travel across different coverage areas.
The Hospice Travel Float RN position will cover ANY area of need across Ohio's Hospice 3 regions of coverage (South/Central/North)
Expected shifts can vary and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. You will be trained to work in all departments - inpatient unit, admissions, case management, home care and extended hours
This is an hourly position eligible for differentials and overtime, 36-40 hours/week.
