Hours: Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Essential Job Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to commute to support an office location in Akron, OH approx. 15 times annually (all mileage driven when commuting to Akron is reimbursed at the standard federal rate)
Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
The Compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
