We are seeking an experienced, collaborative physician leader to serve as our Contractor Medical Director. This role provides clinical oversight for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and supports our growing value-based primary care initiatives. The Medical Director will partner closely with clinical leadership, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and operational teams to promote exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and population health strategies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who is passionate about improving care for older adults while providing strategic clinical leadership in a collaborative healthcare environment.
This opportunity allows you to influence the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while helping shape innovative value-based care programs for older adults. You’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and improving outcomes across the continuum of care.
