The Director is responsible for establishing the framework and strategy for business process improvement and internal controls within the Multifamily division. This includes partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of operational and financial processes.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience in risk management or internal controls. Preferred candidates hold certifications such as CPA, CIA, CRMA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma and have experience in multifamily real estate.
