The Quality Manager will oversee and improve the Quality Management System for the Salem, NH site while driving continuous improvement and defect reduction. They are responsible for managing the quality team, ensuring compliance with customer configurations, and supporting new product launches.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 7-10 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015, Lean methodologies, and advanced data analytical tools is required.
