The Maintenance Technician will perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs on buildings and grounds to ensure safe and functional facilities. They will also manage facility inspections, coordinate with outside vendors, and travel between various locations to support maintenance operations.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in maintenance, construction, or a related skilled trade. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required for this position.
