The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will oversee construction and maintenance projects involving Tremco CPG systems. They are responsible for ensuring high-performance installations and managing ongoing maintenance programs to prevent leaks.
The role requires significant experience in commercial roofing and building maintenance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems and construction project management.
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customer accounts, including General Contractor (GC) projects, large-scale Patch & Repair work, TremCare programs, and other service-related initiatives. This role collaborates closely with Project Managers, Technical Representatives, field personnel, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent provides leadership for field operations and subcontractor management, leveraging extensive experience in commercial and industrial roofing construction to deliver high-quality project outcomes while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $30 and $35. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
