Lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements for AI-powered agents and data automation initiatives within the Tax service line. Our Tax Technology team is dynamic, fast-paced and mission driven. We are building a specialist AI engineering capability within our internal tax technology function to design and deliver AI-powered agents, automated workflows, and scalable integrations across enterprise platforms. As a Business Analyst in one of our national offices, you will play a critical role in supporting the Internal Tax Technology team’s delivery objectives on AI and automation use cases and Tax service line data automation initiatives, by providing sustained business analysis capability.
The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis across requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, process analysis and collaboration with delivery teams to support successful outcomes. You will work closely with RSM business stakeholders, product owners, architects, workstream, platform and delivery leads, and testing teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with agreed delivery roadmaps.
