The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items via grilling, frying, and broiling while ensuring aesthetic appeal and customer specifications. Duties include managing workstation setup, performing prep work, and maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Candidates must be able to stand for 6 to 8 hour shifts and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting supplies. The role requires the ability to work in environments with varying levels of heat and noise.
