What You’ll Do
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting Support preventative maintenance and inspections Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs Work safely, efficiently, and with pride—because your work matters

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
