As a Supervisor at KIKO Milano, you are a brand ambassador, people leader, and commercial driver. You partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and lead a high‑performing, engaged team.
You play a pivotal role in translating KIKO’s brand vision into daily store excellence — coaching the team, driving KPIs, and taking full ownership of store performance in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about beauty, retail performance, and developing others.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for customer experience, service, and brand representation
Coach, motivate, and inspire the team to consistently achieve individual and store performance goals
Develop team capability through on-the-job coaching in:
- Product knowledge
- Make-up application techniques
- Customer engagement and selling skills
Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing team members
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with KIKO values
Act as a trusted leader and point of escalation in the Store Manager’s absence
Customer Experience Excellence
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects the KIKO Milano brand experience
Drive strong conversion, ATV, UPT and repeat customer behaviour through effective selling and service standards
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving issues swiftly and professionally
Ensure Retail Excellence, product availability, and store presentation consistently meet brand standards
Commercial & Business Performance
Support the delivery of store KPIs, including:
- Sales and revenue growth
- Conversion rate
- ATV & UPT
Stock loss and operational efficiency
Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with the Store Manager to create and execute action plans that drive performance
Prioritise initiatives that deliver the greatest commercial and customer impact
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with all KIKO Milano policies, procedures, and operational standards
Execute the promotional and commercial calendar with precision and pace
Maintain high standards across:
- Cash handling
- Stock management
- Health & safety
- Loss prevention
Proactively identify operational issues and resolve them in partnership with the Store Manager
Complete all required training, BeKIKO modules, and development programmes on time
