The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and managing groundskeeping tasks. Key duties include repairing plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances to ensure resident safety and property functionality.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of maintenance experience with a basic understanding of MEP systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are required.

The Maintenance Technician works on-site to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Their responsibilities include completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance tasks, maintaining proper groundskeeping, trash removal, equipment repair, and other necessary duties.
