The Project Manager supervises and coordinates mechanical piping projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include creating project execution plans, managing financial aspects of contracts, and leading project teams from estimating through completion.
Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in commercial or industrial piping construction, with a preference for biopharmaceutical or cleanroom experience. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is desired.

Position Summary
The Project Manager (PM) within our Advanced Technologies division is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating the project to complete the work safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Our Project Managers provide leadership to the project team and directs the success of the overall project from initial estimating through completion while ensuring adherence to company procedures. This position focuses on various mechanical piping projects with varying scopes of work, including: plumbing, HVAC, and process piping.
Location: Boulder, CO, which anticipated travel to project sites in and around the greater metropolitan area.
