About the Role

As a Product Manager within our Embedded Finance Partnerships Vertical, you will sit at the crucial intersection of technology, business strategy, and ecosystem collaboration. You will be responsible for launching new partnerships, scaling existing ones, and deeply understanding the technical fabric of our lending stack.

This is an execution-heavy, high-impact role where you will own core modules of the lending journey, working closely with India’s top consumer apps to deliver seamless credit experiences.

What the Role Involves (Responsibilities)

• Launch & Scale Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end product integration in the Personal Loan vertical and go-live for new strategic Lending Partnerships that align with our long-term vision.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage existing product integrations with LSPs, ensuring their continuous growth, optimization, and seamless operation.

• Module Ownership: Take complete ownership of critical features within modules (underwriting, KYC, mandate registration, disbursal) — from initial solutioning and tech delivery to post-launch monitoring—ensuring perfect alignment with our broader lending stack.

• Funnel Optimization: Own the conversion and lending funnel metrics for your specific partnerships, constantly identifying bottlenecks and improving throughput.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to jointly drive and achieve key business outcomes.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to make rational, strategic product decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Tech Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to map out technical requirements and jump in to help diagnose and resolve critical production issues when necessary.

What This Role Does NOT Offer

• B2C Design Focus: This is primarily a B2B2C role. If you are looking to spend your days conducting user interviews with end-consumers or obsessing over consumer-facing UI/UX design, this might not be the right fit. Our focus here is on robust APIs, system architecture, workflows, and platform scalability.

Key Requirements

• Core Experience: 1-3 years of product management experience, with a mandatory background in Lending or the broader Fintech lending ecosystem.

• Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with API integrations is highly desirable. You should be comfortable reading API documentation and understanding system interactions.

• Collaborative Track Record: Proven experience working effectively alongside engineering and data science teams to ship technical products.

• Regulatory Awareness: Prior experience working within a regulated financial environment or understanding RBI guidelines is a significant plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning data into actionable product iterations.
