The Business Integration team is the connective tissue between enterprise strategy and frontline execution across Nike Stores. This leader reports to the Vice President, NA Stores & Services and leads Directors and Senior Managers across Territory Operations, Retail Services, and Business Integration. They will partner closely with Store Operations, Training & Development, Retail Concepts, Finance, Analytics, Global Stores teams, and Field Leadership to accelerate execution, drive readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This person brings a proven ability to translate organizational priorities into frontline action while building systems that drive sustainable adoption, operational excellence, and business impact. They thrive in complex, matrixed environments and are equally comfortable influencing executive stakeholders and leading large-scale operational change. The ideal candidate combines deep retail expertise, business acumen, and organizational influence with a track record of designing operating models, enabling cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable results. They are a strong communicator, skilled storyteller, and strategic thinker who understands that success is defined by capability growth, adoption, performance improvement, and athlete experience outcomes.
12+ years of experience in business operations, retail operations, strategy, transformation, business integration, or organizational effectiveness.
5+ years of people leadership experience leading managers, senior leaders, and high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Organizational Leadership, Retail Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, operating model design, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
You will lead a critical capability organization focused on turning enterprise priorities into measurable frontline outcomes. You will build the systems, partnerships, governance, and operating rhythms that improve execution, accelerate adoption, amplify field insights, and connect strategic investments to business performance across North America Stores.
Develop and deliver seasonal alignment sessions that communicate strategy, product priorities, business performance, service and operational expectations across Territories.
Partner across functions to align leaders on upcoming changes, share insights from the field, and drive accountability for successful execution, productivity, and athlete experience outcomes.
Lead and evolve an integrated operating model that connects strategy integration, readiness, communications, change management, field insights, and performance measurement into a unified ecosystem.
Partner across North America Store Operations, Global Operations, Retail Concepts, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, Training & Development, and field leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate execution.
Establish governance, prioritization, and business integration routines that ensure initiatives are sequenced effectively, clearly owned, and measured against business impact.
Drive operational excellence through leadership of Territory Operations and Retail Services teams, including Nike By You (NBY), 020 services, and store support capabilities.
Create scalable readiness, adoption, and change-enablement approaches that help stores successfully implement new tools, processes, service models, and operational priorities.
Build performance measurement frameworks that provide visibility into adoption, capability growth, operational effectiveness, productivity, profitability, and athlete experience outcomes while developing a culture of continuous improvement and enterprise impact.
