The Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain foundational data models, dimensional schemas, and data marts to support organizational reporting. They will also build and optimize data pipeline architectures using Azure Databricks, Python, and Spark to ensure reliable data flow.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on dimensional modeling and complex SQL. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or MIS is required.

As a Sr. Data Engineer, your primary role will be to design and own the data models that support reporting and analysis across the organization - dimensional schemas, foundational data marts, and key data structures.
These models are informed by data-driven analysis of business performance and improvement opportunities. You will also build the engineering around those models: data pipeline architecture, data flows, data transformations, and clear documentation.
You'll join our Analytics Engineering team and partner with data owners and users to build, problem-solve, and optimize the data structures other teams rely on.
