The Guest Service Supervisor manages the front office team, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency through training and direct supervision. They also handle administrative reporting, resolve guest complaints, and perform front desk duties as needed.
Candidates must have previous guest service experience and strong leadership abilities to motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and basic office software is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
As PM Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the guest service team, ensuring that quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided. This position is that of a working manager, where time is split between team member training and supervision, as well as filling in for regular front desk shifts, as needed. If you are service-oriented and have a talent for leading and motivating a team, this may be just the job for you! THIS POSITION WILL WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS AND EVENING SHIFT 3pm - 11pm
