The Phlebotomist/Processor is responsible for performing venipuncture, collecting specimens, and accurately processing samples for laboratory testing. They also provide administrative support, including customer service, data entry, and maintaining compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of on-the-job phlebotomy experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks like lifting up to 30 pounds are required.
