The Physical Therapy Aide supports therapists by preparing treatment areas, maintaining equipment, and assisting patients with mobility and positioning. Additionally, the role handles clerical duties such as scheduling and documenting patient encounters in the EMR system.
A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Aide is strongly preferred, along with a current CPR/BLS certification. Prior experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, and a background in hands-on patient care are highly valued.
