Asistencia seguimiento diario con los diferentes transportistas B2B y B2C para asegurar los niveles de servicio pactados.
Coordinación y comunicación con las marcas de su planificación de recogidas.
Comunicación y control operativo con los almacenes de Sana oliva, Torino, Lyon de las llegadas/recogidas para asegurar un buen Cross-dock acorde con los diferentes carriers.
Actualización de datos en nuestro sistema operativo.
Detección y resolución de incidencias: cargas / recogidas y entregas.
Controlar las facturas de los carriers acorde a las peticiones de servicio.
Relaciones externas: Transportistas, marcas, fabricantes.
Relaciones internas: Planners, Equipo de producción logistica, Teamleaders, Transport managers.
Formación superior: Licenciado, Diplomado, grado superior comercio internacional, master supply chain valorable.
Nivel alto de Excel.
Idiomas: nivel alto/medio de inglés, francés o italiano (muy recomendable)
Conocimientos adicionales valorables:
Logística de ventas online, 2 años mínimo en el sector de la logística o empresa de transportes.
Persona dinámica, analítica, curiosa con buena capacidad de comunicación, organización, anticipación e iniciativa.
