Melià Hotels international está buscando un/una Groups Concierge para unirse a nuestro equipo en Torre Melina Gran Melià Hotel.Estamos buscando un candidat@ apasionad@ que tenga buenas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas y crea que tiene la propensión a las relaciones con los clientes.
MISIÓN:
Durante la estancia del grupo y especialmente en la operativa de los eventos actúa como enlace entre el Groups & Events Coordinator y el meeting planner asegurándose que todas las necesidades y peticiones del grupo son atendidas apropiadamente y que el desarrollo de los eventos es tal y como se ha planificado.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
Conocer los eventos que a diario se desarrollan en el hotel (horarios, salones, contacto, etc..) confirmando estos con el cliente antes del comienzo de los eventos. Informa de cualquier cambio que se produzca al Coordinador de Eventos y a aquellos departamentos que se vean afectados.
Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento y estado de los espacios donde el grupo/eventos tendrán lugar así como los servicios de F&B contratados antes y después del evento.
Revisar todas los resúmenes de grupos y las órdenes de servicio anticipando cualquier oportunidad que pueda presentarse.
Llevar a cabo la realización de minutas y resto de materiales idicativos el evento así como listado de invitados distribuyéndolos apropiadamente.
Resolver y hacer el seguimiento de cualquier incidente que pueda producirse con el grupos, documentando estos a diario para así poder analizar cuales son las más repetitivos y poder establecer una solución adecuada.
Acompañar a los invitados a los espacios correspondientes y estará presente siempre que haya eventos.
Llevar a cabo el seguimiento de los materiales y cajas que el hotel reciba para los grupos/eventos así como ocupararse de los envíos necesarios al final de los eventos.
Mantener el área de salones y las áreas comunes del hotel.
Asegurar el encendido/apagado de áreas y luces del hotel con el equipo de mantenimiento.
Apoyar a los Coordinadores de grupos con grupos Leisure de máximo 10 habitaciones.
Ejecutar la entraga de los salones correspondientes a los meeting planners o responsables del grupo y asegurarse de devolución de las llaves.
Asistir a las reuniones de pre-conferencias, presentándose al cliente y explicando brevemente sus funciones en el hotel.
Informar al departamento correspondiente sobre cualquier cargo adicional que se haya producido como consecuencia de alguna modificación hecha por el meeting planner.
Enviar diariamente el reporte de BEO's e Instructivos y el daily del día siguiente.
Donde aplique, conducir/manejar el carrito durante visitas operativas al resort/hotel.
