The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processes for European countries while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy. They will act as a key partner to the People and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize payroll operations.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in payroll management, specifically with Spanish labor and tax regulations. A degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources is required, along with advanced data analysis skills.
