Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) and over 20 years of experience in offshore structural engineering. Must have expertise in structural analysis tools and a proven track record of leading global engineering teams.

This role may be based in either our Bangalore or Chennai office
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Structural Department Manager to lead and manage our offshore structural engineering discipline across global operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of structural engineering solutions across offshore oil & gas, marine, and energy transition projects.
You will serve as the technical authority for offshore structural engineering while providing governance, leadership, and strategic direction across all activities—including topsides, jackets, floating systems, and associated infrastructure—aligned with KBR’s engineering management systems, project requirements, and industry standards.
