The Clinical Director is responsible for the daily operations of the operating room, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource management. They also implement process initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
Candidates must be a graduate of a professional nursing school with a BSN or higher degree and hold a current Arizona Registered Nurse license. The role requires at least five years of operating room or critical care experience and two years of supervisory experience in an outpatient surgery setting.
Surgical Elite of Avondale is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to join our team. Surgical Elite of Avondale is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
The Surgical Elite of Avondale Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director of Surgical Elite of Avondale will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Outpatient Surgical Center Clinical Director will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
