The Maintenance Mechanic ensures facility equipment and infrastructure operate safely and reliably by performing corrective and preventive maintenance. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, PLCs, and building infrastructure, to minimize downtime.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial mechanical or electrical role. Proficiency with PLC hardware, VFDs, and electrical schematics is required, along with knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

The Maintenance Mechanic ensures facility equipment and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, including material handling systems, conveyor lines, storage structures, lighting, and building systems. In partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor, this role provides proactive and responsive maintenance support to minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
