The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, custodial duties, and groundskeeping to ensure the property's cleanliness and structural integrity. They must also assist with make-ready unit preparations, pool maintenance, and respond to emergency on-call assignments.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field and possess general knowledge of skilled trades like carpentry and drywall. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and operating maintenance equipment.
