The Registered Nurse will provide clinical staffing resources across various Texas Health hospitals within Region A, focusing on the Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care while addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a Nursing Diploma or an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 3 years in the specialty area, along with active RN, BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Work Locations: The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX. The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX, but you will primarily be working in Region A.
Work hours: PRN "as needed" - Must be available to work 36 hours/week.
This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits
Shift: Days, 7AM-7PM (no self-scheduling)
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Region A: Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, Prosper, Rockwall, Kaufman and Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano
Central Staffing Department Highlights:
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Progressive Care Unit) – internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular regions. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.
Here’s What You Need:
Nursing Diploma required or
Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred And
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required And
NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days Required
