The Registered Nurse provides clinical staffing resources across various hospital locations, ensuring high-quality patient care in the NICU. They are responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients while maintaining a safe and healing environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a nursing diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in nursing, along with at least five years of experience including three years in the specialty. Required certifications include Texas RN licensure, BCLS, and NRP/NRPA.

Work Locations: The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX but you will primarily be working in Region B.
Work hours: PRN; Must be available to work 36 hours/week. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits
Shift: Day Shifts, 7AM - 7PM (no self-scheduling).
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Regions are as follows:
Region B: Denton, HEB, Alliance, Azle, Flower Mound, and Southlake
Central Staffing Office Highlights:
Texas Health Central Staffing Office – internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular region. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.
Here’s What You Need:
Nursing Diploma Required or
Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required And
NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
