The Women’s Health Practice Specialist provides leadership and administrative oversight for ambulatory programs, projects, and initiatives within the Women’s & Children’s service line. Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring budgets, managing grant-funded programs, and preparing statistical reports on provider volumes and quality metrics.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or project management. A Project Management Certification is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.

Positive Objective:
The Women’s Health Practice Specialist provides leadership and direction in accordance with the overall strategic direction of the Women’s & Children’s Service Line. This role has day to day accountability for the operation and administrative performance of the assigned ambulatory programs, projects and initiatives. The Practice Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships and communicating with the W&C LHCE practice management team and Shared Services team members.
