The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buildings, equipment, and facility systems to ensure a safe environment. This includes performing preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, and supporting life-safety systems.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in building maintenance or a related skilled trade with proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A valid Oregon Driver License is preferred, along with journeyman-level certification or formal trade training.

Mennonite Village is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician II to join our Facilities team.
In this important role, you'll help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors throughout our campus. From troubleshooting building systems and completing repairs to performing preventive maintenance and supporting life-safety systems, your work will directly contribute to the comfort, well-being, and quality of life of the older adults we serve.
This position offers the opportunity to utilize a variety of maintenance skills while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated skills.
