AMST, a Marmon company within the Commercial Trailer Platform, is seeking a Controller who will play a pivotal role in the company’s transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with the AMST Leadership team and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Commercial Trailer Platform Controller and VP of Finance for the Commercial Trailer Platform, to ensure the financial operations are aligned with the company's growth and transition plans. This position is a hands-on role where the Controller will be directly involved in accounting functions and financial reporting.AMST is in the process of a transformation, and the Controller will be critical in managing this change. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working directly with the leadership team and handling the hands-on accounting functions. The Controller will oversee day-to-day financial management, ensuring that financial reporting, cost control, and margin optimization strategies are implemented effectively as AMST prepares for its conversion to Epicor in 2026.
Candidates will need to understand and embrace the company’s transformation goals, being proactive in suggesting improvements and working collaboratively with leadership across departments.
Pay Range:
120,000.00 - 180,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
