Full job description
Description
Who are We?
Trucker Path is a leading technology platform in the freight and logistics industry, trusted by over a million drivers and carriers for navigation, load planning, and operational efficiency tools. With deep insight into the commercial trucking ecosystem, Trucker Path continues to expand its offerings to better serve the evolving needs of its users.
Trucker Path Insurance (TPI) is a sibling company to Trucker Path under the Moatable, Inc. umbrella, created to provide innovative and accessible insurance products tailored specifically for truckers, fleets, and owner-operators.
Why Choose TPI?
Trucker Path Insurance (TPI) aims to revolutionize how commercial drivers access insurance by streamlining processes, delivering value, and driving long-term customer relationships. As we rapidly grow our national footprint, we are building a world-class team focused on supporting the trucking industry with best-in-class insurance solutions.
What's the Job?
We're hiring a dependable and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our commercial trucking clients with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience — processing policy changes, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between underwriters, producers, and clients.
What Will You Do?
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the operations team to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What does the day to day look like?
Processing policy endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance, binders, and billing documentation
Reviewing and updating policy documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Providing responsive and thoughtful customer service to commercial insurance clients
Staying current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and TPI procedures
Working closely with producers and underwriters to ensure client needs are met quickly and thoroughly
Assisting with document management and supporting client communications in a timely, professional manner
What's the work location?
You'll be based out of our Downtown Phoenix, Arizona office, and this role requires candidates who reside in the Phoenix metro area. During onboarding and training, you'll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key training milestones and performance metrics are met, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week — giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
Requirements
What are We Looking For?
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial lines CSR or account support role at a retail agency/broker (trucking focus preferred)
Hold an active Arizona resident Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Are customer-focused with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Are a clear and compassionate communicator who can handle multiple tasks with care
Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to learn
Bring a calm, professional presence to client interactions and internal conversations
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with truckers, brokers, and underwriters
Are tech-savvy and comfortable with agency management systems (Applied Epic) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Are self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
