Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess 2–4 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation sales. Proficiency in logistics tools like DAT and Truckstop, along with strong negotiation and communication skills, is required.

As the Freight Broker, you will be critical in truckload operations, building strong relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating competitive freight rates, and managing full truckload shipments from start to finish.
