Diagnose and repair complex automotive electrical, drivability, and mechanical systems while maintaining shop organization. Lead and mentor junior technicians and educate customers on vehicle problems and proposed solutions.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair experience. Section 609 certification is required, and multiple ASE certifications are preferred.
Position Summary

A successful Technician will use leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team to increase customer care and satisfaction. A Technician will have direct interaction with customers and deliver superior service through educating the customer on the problems and proposed solutions for their vehicle.
