Requires 3+ years of experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle record eligibility requirements.

We are currently hiring a Fleet Manager to join our team. As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, and performance of our company fleet, trailers, and specialized equipment. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with fleet management responsibilities to ensure vehicles and equipment remain safe, reliable, compliant, and operational in support of daily field operations. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience managing fleet assets, and the ability to coordinate maintenance schedules, inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements.
