Responsible for managing all receiving dock activities, including scheduling, unloading, and inspecting new receipts and returns. Ensures inventory accuracy and provides professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requires prior experience in receiving and returns, preferably within the textiles industry, and OSHA forklift certification. Must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and be proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
