Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. Proficiency in international shipping rules, ERP/EMS systems, and Microsoft Excel is required, along with the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.

The Outbound Shipping Lead is responsible for supporting and coordinating international (EMEA/APAC) shipping operations while contributing to overall outbound performance. This role combines hands-on operational execution with a focus on process consistency, workflow
coordination, and team support to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient shipment processing.
The Lead works closely with the Outbound Supervisor to maintain daily operational flow, reinforce standard processes, and assist in supporting team performance. While international shipping is a primary focus, this role collaborates with the broader outbound team to ensure alignment across all shipping activities.
