The associate is responsible for fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing items and managing incoming shipments via receiving and inspection. They must collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of warehouse experience and must possess effective time management skills. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Compensation and Hours:
Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differential
Potential to earn overtime
Step Pay
Position will be 1st shift from 7:00am - 3:30pm (SUN-THU)
What will you be doing?
Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands
