Duties include directly supervising hourly Team Members, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, record-keeping, and dispatching vehicles. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Work is typically conducted both in an office environment and outdoors, including during periods of inclement weather. Work may also be conducted in the casino, which may be hot, cold, noisy, and be in the presence of secondhand smoke. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of an assigned area. Frequent contact with fellow Team Members and Guests is standard. Work hours and days may be revised as company needs and workplace circumstances dictate.
